The second-floor Superior room boasts a uniquely designed bathroom, quite distinct from the other bathrooms in the building. DELUXE
ROOM

We have four Deluxe rooms in our hotel. Two are located on the ground floor of the building and two on the second floor. The intricately designed interiors of the Deluxe rooms blend modern solutions with elements of age-old grandeur down to the finest detail. Ceramic switches crafted by the Spanish luxury brand Fontini ignite the lights in Masiero decorative fixtures, encapsulating the essence of Italian design excellence. The largest 23m² Deluxe room is situated on the ground floor with a view overlooking the alley of lime trees on Kuninga Street. The room’s high ceilings introduce a sense of spaciousness to the ambiance, hinting at the grandeur of the former rectory’s main building. Within the Deluxe rooms, there is an environmentally friendly and top-quality bed from the Delux brand, crafted in Estonia, with a width of 160 cm.

The size of the Deluxe rooms ranges from 16.8 m² to 23 m².

JUNIOR SUITE

We have three junior suites in our hotel. Two of which are located on the second floor of the building. Upon entering the spacious room on the ground floor, one’s gaze is immediately drawn to the painting adorning the wall, a gift from local Pärnu artist Mila Balti in 2007. Spanning an entire wall, the canvas titled “Why can’t one live on bread alone?” depicts a love triangle. The room is particularly suitable for those planning a longer stay at the hotel, as it features a massive solid wood wardrobe, providing ample space for all travel essentials. The windows of the second-floor junior suite overlook either the tree-lined avenue of Koidula Park or the courtyard of the building. Within the junior suites, there is an environmentally friendly and top-quality bed from the Delux brand, crafted in Estonia, with a width of either 180 cm or 200 cm.

The size of the junior suites ranges from 25 m² to 28 m².

JUNIOR SUITE
WITH A BATHTUB

The junior suite with a bathtub has a room size of 22 m², where the centerpiece at the foot of the bed is a luxurious freestanding design bathtub, redefining the concept of relaxation. In addition to the bathtub, the room features furnishings cleverly coordinated to complement one another. The blend of modern yet timeless design elements, juxtaposed with the centuries-old ceiling beams of the former rectory building’s second floor, built in the 17th century, evokes an indescribable sense of contentment. Furthermore, this room offers the best view of Pärnu’s Koidula Park lime tree avenue directly from the bed. The bed itself is an environmentally friendly and top-quality Delux brand bed, crafted in Estonia, with a width of 160 cm.

SUITE
WITH A STEAM SAUNA

Room number 7, with its magical sequence number, is a suite on the second floor of the building featuring a steam sauna. With dimensions of 30 m², it ranks second in size among our house’s rooms. The spacious room, adorned with white Piazza, is characterized by exposed log walls and thatching. The suite’s expansive bathroom, covered in prestigious Saaremaa dolomite, offers the added luxury of a private steam sauna. Notable features include the high and elegant sink from the Italian sanitary ceramics brand Galassia and antique mirrors in both the room and bathroom. For relaxation, we have created a cozy seating area. A good night’s sleep is ensured by the domestically crafted bed from Viljandi, bearing the Deluxe brand, with a width of 180 cm and unique pocketed spring system mattresses that, while sleeping, support the spine, muscles, and joints in a natural and tension-free position.

SUITE
WITH A SAUNA

On the second floor of the building, once owned by Pastor J.H. Rosenplänter in the 19th century, is our largest room, the Suite with a sauna, measuring 33 m². The sauna, finished with thermo-treated pine, is set in a luxurious bathroom covered in prestigious Saaremaa dolomite. For relaxation, we’ve created a cozy seating area. The suite’s spacious windows offer views of Pärnu’s old town, making this suite a warm and inviting retreat. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a private sauna experience or enjoy breakfast, served in the Rosenplänter boutique hotel’s signature style, on a tray delivered to the room. Ensuring maximum comfort and exceptional sleep quality are the beds and mattresses, produced by the Estonian brand Delux, with a width of 180 cm.

SUITE
WITH SAUNA
AND BATHTUB

The absolute favorite of hotel guests is precisely this Suite with a sauna and bathtub, located on the second floor of the building, at the end facing the Eliisabet Church. With its private location, unique furniture, period-appropriate interior details and views of Pärnu’s oldest preserved cultural monuments, the suite inevitably exudes a sense of history and offers a heartwarming experience to every visitor. With a floor area of 25 m², the room delights the eye at every turn and serves its practical purpose through carefully selected designer furniture and other elements, either custom-made by local craftsmen or sourced from renowned exclusive small-scale producers from distant parts of the world. For instance, ceramic switches from Fontini, Masiero lights and domestically crafted Delux bed with a width of 160 cm have all found their perfect place in this boutique hotel.
